I'm Lucas Stoebner. Full Stack Developer based in France.
Since high school, software development has been my passion. My first project was a Python game for school. It ignited my passion for software development and allowed me to apply my knowledge to a practical project. I was fascinated by the creation process and it helped me improve my coding skills. The project gave me confidence to tackle bigger challenges in the future.
I then started to develop a web application for my farmer uncle and improved it over the years with what I learned in school. This project allowed me to apply what I was learning and helped me acquire valuable professional skills. It also gave me the opportunity to support my uncle's business and have a real-world impact. Through this project, I gained hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of web development, which has been invaluable in my career.
Holding both a Bachelor's and Master's in Computer Science Applied to Business Management from Paris-Saclay University, I gained hands-on experience working across multiple companies. This allowed me to apply my academic knowledge to real-world scenarios and continuously sharpen my professional skills.
Today, I work as a Full Stack Developer at Bouygues Telecom, contributing to a team building and modernising high-traffic e-commerce pages — phone catalog, mobile plans, and cart. My work spans feature development across the full stack, Angular-to-Next.js migrations, shared React component and utility libraries, back-end resources in NestJS, and accessibility improvements. Concurrently, I am developing a new web application for farm management in collaboration with Felix Legrelle. I am enthusiastic about applying my expertise to both ventures and continuing my growth as a software developer.
